This year we will feature some of his early poems which celebrate our unique locality: the bush, the bridge, the harbour, the backdrop to all of our lives. These poems will be read by special guests including Paul Storm, president of the Willoughby District Historical Society, who resides in Webb’s childhood home and students from St Pius X, Chatswood and Christian Brothers, Lewisham of which Francis Webb is a former pupil.
